Meet Nic, Our Wellness Director

Nic Pitts is our Wellness Director. He hasĀ over 10 years of health and wellness experience in creating personalized and innovative programs based on scientific research. He specializes in stress management, nutrition counseling, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, corrective exercise, sports performance, lean muscle building, joint replacement rehabilitation, functional movement patterns, emotional wellbeing, and overall life enrichment.

When asked about why he pursued wellness, he said,

I have a passion for this ever-changing field of study and how research reveals new ways our bodies respond to varying stimuli. The human body is an amazing machine that is capable of accomplishing incredible things, learning how to properly manufacture desired results in order to enrich someone’s life is as lucrative as it gets.

Every day is a new opportunity to impact someone’s life in a positive way.

I work with all skill and ability levels, ranging from novice to the elite. I strive to be a well-rounded individual when meeting new clients to ensure they make smart goals and design the best route to achieve them. My goal is to try to enhance the quality of life of everyone I meet. No two people are the same and the challenge to adapt to individual needs is a fun and exciting way to find the proper wellness regimen and achieve desired results.
